Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isnt right, were here to make it right. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Defective


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. In these cases, the item does not need to be returned.

How to Package Returns


All returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items returned in damaged condition due to improper packing may not be eligible for a refund.

 

International Returns 


For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Please contact us before initiating any return from outside the U.S.

 

Order Exchange 


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to try a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Refund Processing Time


Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
